Jason Perla

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Jason heads the New York consulting group at Newmark, which focuses on tenant representation for office users. Jason’s team works on many of the firm’s high profile leasing and strategic planning assignments for law firms, financial service organizations and media/technology companies. He previously held a similar role at Savills Studley. Prior to that, Jason worked at Lehman Brothers, where he analyzed investment opportunities in select office, residential and retail center projects for the firm’s $1.6 billion real estate private equity fund.

Jason graduated with honors from the University of Michigan receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Cancer has impacted Jason’s family and he takes great pride in being able to give back to help those in need of a cure. Jason lives in Scarsdale, NY with his wife Lori and two sons, Spencer and Brandon. He enjoys playing tennis and skiing, and is a long-time struggling golfer.
